Welcome to Knove Store. By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair shopping experience for all our customers. Please read them carefully before making a purchase, as they outline important information regarding orders, payments, deliveries, exchanges, and customer responsibilities.
1. Orders & Confirmation
All orders placed on Knove Store are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
2. Delivery Information
We deliver all over Pakistan within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues, which are beyond our control.
3. Payments & Verification
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Easypaisa payments. For Easypaisa orders, customers must send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp (+92 370 2490300) to confirm the order. Orders without verification may not be processed.
4. Exchange & Return Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. If an exchange is requested, a delivery charge of Rs. 300 will apply for sending the replacement item. No refunds are offered unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
